Race Report – BW Rnd 4 – Aunby 10.5 shortened course

Last Wednesday saw five riders line-up for Round 4 of the Bourne Wheelers TT league on a shortened, but still hilly 10.5 Aunby course. In strong winds and temperatures more suited to November, Cliff Hilless pulled-off his first win taking 1st place with 27:28 , followed by Graham Wright (Peterborough CC) (27:48), with Chris Kettle close behind in 3rd (27:51), Mike Smalley 4th (29:40) and Ian Davison 5th (31:15).

In the Scratch league, it’s close-run with Tom Comben leading with 60pts, Chris Kettle 2nd (58pts) and Mike Smalley 3rd (52pts)

In the Handicap league, it’s close-run again with Chris Kettle leading with 59pts, Ian Davison 2nd (56pts) and Mike Smalley in 3rd with 45pts.
