Tom Comben proved once again to be the man to beat with a flying 23:08 enough to give him a comfortable 31 second victory over Matt Green with Antony Gough coming home third.
On handicap Martin Rolbin claimed his second victory of the season with Mike Smalley 2nd and Matt Green third.
Approaching the half way point of the season the two league competitions already have two clear leaders.
In the scratch competition Tom Comben (113pts) extended his lead by another 4 points and now holds a huge 26 point lead over 2nd place Antony Gough (87pts) with Matt Green (80pts) in 3rd (though Matt has a ride in hand).
In the handicap competition Mark Williamson (94pts) stretched his lead further to hold a 15 point advantage over 2nd place Tom Comben (79pts) with tonight’s winner Martin Rolbin (77pts) keeping in touch in 3rd with a ride in hand.
